The flavorings we use are the real thing; vanilla from the bean itself, true liqueurs, and organic whenever possible. Then we hand dip them in dark tempered chocolate that gives a snappy covering around the creamy center.\u00a0 We use only the best chocolate&#8211;yeah, we&#8217;re chocolate snobs! The dark chocolate we are currently using is Vahlrona (French) at 72% cocoa content.\u00a0 The milk chocolate is also Vahlrona at 42% cocoa (a high % compared to most milk chocolate) and the white is a Spanish chocolate (El Rey) with 32% cocoa butter content&#8211;this is delicious even for those of us who aren&#8217;t wild about white chocolate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The flavors for Christmas 2011 offering are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chipotle Chile and Cinnamon<\/strong>: <em>dipped in delectable dark chocolate<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fleur de Sel Caramel:<\/strong><em> perhaps the all-time classic favorite, dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Toasted Coconut:<\/strong> <em>white chocolate &amp; coconut milk centers, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in toasted coconut<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Triple chocolate:<\/strong> <em>milk and white chocolate centers, dipped in dark chocolate<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We package them in boxes of 4&#8211;one of each flavor&#8211;labeled inside and tied outside with raffia.\u00a0 The price is $5 for the gift box of four.
